It is our pleasure to announce the Inaugural Offering of our sparkling wine Choix Royal. French for Royal Choice, it stands for something of exceptional quality and pure expression of origin. This Blanc de Noir was produced from Pinot Noir grapes hand-harvested from the same block that Kosta Browne picked (these vines produced the Wine Spectator’s Wine of the Year in 2011).
Using the traditional French method, méthode Champenoise, the base wine was barrel-fermented, bottled and aged on its lees. It was gradually riddled and disgorged in July of 2018, with 2 years in the cellar before the release. This Blanc de Noir carries noble elegance of refined flavors, great richness of depth and sophisticated finish.
